Every session includes optional Whole Body Vibration and/or Self-Myofascial Release exercise modes as well as cardiovascular training with Exercise With Oxygen Therapy. EWOT sessions may run from 5 - 20 minutes long depending on the goal outcome and current fitness level of the participant.
